Field Ops Reports: Area-based operations reporting
Overview
Field Ops Reports provide area-based views of your operations, allowing you to monitor task completion, team performance, and property status across geographic regions or property groups.
Report Types
Area Summary
Overview of all properties in a region with status indicators:
- Properties with pending tasks
- Completed tasks today
- Overdue items requiring attention
Team Performance
Metrics for field team members:
- Tasks completed per person
- Average completion time
- Quality ratings from inspections
Property Status
Current state of all properties in the area:
- Occupancy status
- Cleaning status
- Maintenance issues
Generating Reports

Navigate to Field Ops
Go to Operations > Field Ops from the main menu.

Select Area/Region
Choose the geographic area or property group to report on.

Set Date Range
Select the time period for the report (today, this week, custom).

View or Export
View the report on screen or export to PDF/Excel for sharing.
