Overview
The Housekeeping View provides a dedicated interface for managing cleaning operations. It shows all cleaning tasks organized by property, date, and status, making it easy to coordinate your housekeeping team.
Interface Elements
Property List
Properties are listed with their cleaning status:
- Clean - Property is ready for guests
- Dirty - Needs cleaning after checkout
- In Progress - Cleaning underway
- Inspection - Awaiting quality check
Date Navigation
Navigate between days to see scheduled cleanings. Use arrows or click the date to jump to a specific day.
Cleaner Assignments
Each task shows the assigned cleaner with their contact info for quick communication.
Managing Cleaning Tasks
View Task Details
Click any cleaning task to open the details drawer with full information.
Update Status
Change the cleaning status as work progresses (Pending → In Progress → Complete).
Reassign Cleaner
If needed, reassign the task to a different team member.
Add Notes
Include special instructions or notes for the cleaner.
Filtering & Sorting
- By Status - Show only dirty, clean, or in-progress properties
- By Cleaner - View tasks for a specific team member
- By Property - Filter to specific properties or regions
- By Priority - Sort by check-in time urgency
Quick Actions
- Mark All Clean - Bulk update multiple properties
- Send Reminder - Notify cleaners about pending tasks
- Print Schedule - Generate printable cleaning schedule
- Export - Download cleaning data for reporting
