Overview

The Reservation Details page is the central hub for all information about a booking. It provides a comprehensive view of guest information, financial details, communication history, and all actions you can take on the reservation.

Page Layout

The reservation details page is organized into several key sections:

Header Section

  • Confirmation Code - Unique identifier for the booking
  • Status Badge - Current reservation status (Confirmed, Pending, Cancelled)
  • Source Badge - Where the booking originated (Airbnb, Direct, etc.)
  • Quick Actions - Buttons for common tasks

Summary Card

Information Description
Property The listing booked, with link to property details
Dates Check-in and check-out dates with night count
Guest Count Number of adults, children, and infants
Total Amount Reservation total including all fees and taxes
Balance Amount remaining to be collected

Detail Tabs

Overview Tab

The default view showing key reservation information:

  • Guest contact details and profile link
  • Stay details and special requests
  • Financial summary with breakdown
  • Quick links to related items

Financials Tab

Complete financial information:

  • Rate Breakdown - Nightly rates for each day
  • Fees - Cleaning, service, and other fees
  • Taxes - Applicable taxes by type

  • Payments - All payments received
  • Refunds - Any refunds processed

Timeline Tab

Complete activity history including:

  • Reservation created/modified events
  • Payment transactions
  • Messages sent and received
  • Status changes
  • System events (sync, notifications)

Messages Tab

All communication with the guest:

  • Channel messages (Airbnb, Booking.com)
  • Direct emails and SMS
  • WhatsApp conversations

Understanding Status Indicators

Reservation Status

Status Color Meaning
Confirmed Green Booking is confirmed and dates are blocked
Pending Yellow Awaiting confirmation or payment
Inquiry Blue Guest has inquired but not booked
Cancelled Red Reservation has been cancelled
Checked In Purple Guest has arrived
Checked Out Gray Guest has departed

Payment Status

Status Meaning
Paid Full amount has been collected
Partially Paid Some payment received, balance remaining
Unpaid No payment has been collected
Refunded Payment has been returned to guest
